Definitions
“Luqui Studio” refers to the digital business operated by Luqui Studio from Uruguay, which sells digital audio products and related content.
“Luqui” refers to the artist, producer, and public creative identity associated with the Luqui Studio brand.
“Products” refers to all digital goods offered on this website, including but not limited to drum kits, sample packs, MIDI files, loops, presets, sound banks, templates, and any related digital content.
License
All products sold by Luqui Studio are licensed, not sold.
Each purchase grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable single-user license.
Ownership of the products is not transferred to the customer at any time.
Permitted Use
Customers are allowed to use purchased products in personal and commercial music production, including but not limited to:
Creating beats, compositions, and songs
Distributing and releasing music on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and similar services
Selling or licensing finished musical works to third parties
Using products in client work, commercial projects, and collaborations
Customers may install and use purchased products on multiple devices owned and controlled by them, provided the products are not shared or made available to any third party.
Collaboration Use
Customers may share project files and production sessions created using Luqui Studio products with collaborators, engineers, artists, and clients when required for legitimate creative, educational, or commercial production purposes.
However, such sharing does not transfer any license rights. All collaborators must obtain their own valid license if they wish to use Luqui Studio products independently.
Loop & MIDI Licensing
Certain products may include loops, MIDI files, or other elements subject to additional or specific licensing conditions.
In such cases, the specific license included with the product shall take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with all product-specific licensing information.
Prohibited Use
Customers may not, under any circumstances, directly or indirectly:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, transfer, lease, share, or otherwise provide access to any product or its contents
Upload products to file-sharing platforms, websites, forums, torrents, cloud drives, or any unauthorized distribution system
Distribute products in whole or in part, including individual samples, loops, MIDI files, presets, or any extracted or modified components
Modify, edit, rename, reorganize, or transform products for the purpose of redistribution or resale
Include Luqui Studio products in competing sample packs, drum kits, preset banks, or similar commercial products
Claim ownership, authorship, or creation of any Luqui Studio product or its components
Use Luqui Studio or Luqui branding, name, logos, artwork, or promotional materials without prior written authorization
Use products in any illegal or unauthorized manner
Distribution is strictly prohibited regardless of whether it is free, paid, public, or private.
Digital Products
All products sold are digital goods.
No physical items will be shipped.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary software, hardware, and system compatibility required to use the products before purchasing.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available once a purchase has been completed.
Please review product descriptions, requirements, and compatibility information carefully before purchasing.

Product Availability & Updates
Luqui Studio reserves the right to modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Customers are not automatically entitled to future updates unless explicitly stated for a specific product.
Intellectual Property Enforcement
Luqui Studio reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms & Conditions.
In cases of infringement, Luqui Studio may take one or more of the following actions:
Request removal of infringing content
Terminate or revoke the customer’s license
Deny future access to products or services
Suspend or refuse support
Pursue legal action where applicable
Ownership of Musical Works
All musical works, compositions, recordings, beats, and productions created using Luqui Studio products remain the sole property of the customer.
Luqui Studio does not claim royalties, publishing rights, master rights, songwriting rights, or any revenue participation in works created using its products, except where explicitly stated in a product-specific license.
Fraud & Order Verification
Luqui Studio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order where fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity is reasonably suspected.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Unauthorized payment methods
Chargeback abuse
Fraudulent transactions
Attempts to bypass payment systems or licensing terms
Luqui Studio may request additional verification before completing or releasing orders.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luqui Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use its products.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of income or revenue
Loss of data or projects
Business interruptions
Software or hardware incompatibility
Misuse of products
Customers use all products at their own risk.
No Warranty
All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Luqui Studio does not guarantee:
Compatibility with all software, hardware, or systems
Future compatibility with updates or changes in third-party software
Error-free or uninterrupted performance
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uruguay.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Luqui Studio products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Uruguay.
Changes to Terms
Luqui Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
